About the Eskom Training Programme 2026:

Eskom is advertising an Engineer in Training Programme with a purpose of giving graduates practical exposure and professional development in the energy sector. This 24 months programme combines structured institutionalised learning with hands-on workplace training, allowing graduates to develop technical skills, gain industry experience, and build a strong foundation for a future engineering career.
